Used for motorcycle front shock absorber, draw the materials from ¢ 31mm, wall thickness of 3.5mm 45 # precision steel, the length of the finished product is 309.5mm after several processes forming , finally hard chrome plating and polishing on the surface. (With some technical requirements)
Technical Requirements:
1) Surface treatment: MFiCr above 15μ,saline test after 48 hours, the corrosion area must be determined more than seven (according to the provisions of KES D2003)
2) Burrs must be completely removed after machining, anti-rust treatment must be done before plating
3) The material tensile strength: 63Kgf/mm2,downtube annealing hardness HRC13 ~ 17
4) The dimension of the ¢ 31 before plating is ¢ 31 -0.075 -0.090 (reference value)
5) The end part of the burr must be removed, ¢ 31 parts mustn’t have the wounded or dents which affect the function.
