Compression spring quality requirements

　　1. Appearance quality requirements: The surface quality of spring finished products should be smooth, no cracks, scale, rust and other defects. Cold-rolled springs do not allow individual indentations, dimples and scratches that are deeper than half the material diameter tolerance.

　　2. Material: Compression spring material is 65Mn steel or Ⅰ, Ⅱ group carbon spring steel wire.

　　3. Hardness: After quenching, tempering the cold coil spring, the hardness value should be 44-52HRC range, in exceptional circumstances its hardness value can be expanded to select the range of 55HRC.

　　4. Processing density

　　The main application of compression spring procurement is to provide objects for cushioning, play a supporting role. At present, with the development of the times, the trend of large tonnage and large volume of machines has become increasingly evident, and the requirements for compression springs are also on the rise. At the same time, the compression spring from the original large-volume, large-diameter development into a high-tech, high-material design concept, the role of continuous enhancement.
